PhotoStories edition 2011
The first edition of PhotoStories was held at cinema LantarenVenster and the Nederlands Fotomuseum in May 2011. The program was filled with lectures and discussions. Various project presentations took place, practical sessions about tools and platforms and meetings with international multimedia experts.
Guests shared their knowledge in the evening program. Guests were: Paul Moakley (TIME Magazine – Deputy Photo Editor), Todd Heisler (photographer New York Times), Alexandre Brachet (Upian.com – producer and CEO), Bjarke Myrthu (StoryPlanet.com- CEO and founder), Jeremy Mendes (interactive designer at National Film Board of Canada), Adrian Kelterborn (Magnum in Motion / Magnum Photos, Multimedia producer) and Gideon Mendel (freelance photojournalist).
The masterclass ‘Multimedia storytelling for Photographers’ was given by Henrik Kastenskov (Bombay Flying Club).
